1. Prepare Your Presentation |

1) Presentation material must
be well designed, simple, and readable by
everyone in the audience. |

2) Length of presentation material should
be in accordance to your time allotted. |

2. Determine Your Audio Visual
Needs |
|
| |
All meeting rooms are equipped
with the following audio-visual equipment: |

1-LCD Projector |
| |
1-Window-based PC |
| |
1-Screen |
| |
1-Laser Pointer |
|
| |
| |
3. Create a Backup Copy of
Your Presentation |
|
| |
We recommend you bring at least
2 copies of your presentation to the meeting
in case there is a problem with one of them.
|

| |
|
| |
1) Be considerate of the other
speakers and audience by staying within your
allocated time, 20 minutes. The allocated
time for your presentation includes a discussion
and changeover to the next speaker. Session
Chairs will hold you to
the allotted time. This is essential to ensure
adequate time for questions and discussion
as well as adherence to the
schedule. |

2) All files will be uploaded two hours
prior to the beginning of the technical session. |

a. You may provide your file
to the Presenter Check-in and Preview Room
any time prior two
hours before your session. |

b. Presenter Check-in and Preview
Room hours are
- 8th of October (Monday): 15:00 - 18:00
- 9th
and 10th of October (Tuesday & Wednesday):
08:00 - 18:00 |

Poster Presentation |
| |
1. Poster partition size
is 0.9 m (width) and 1.2 m (height) |
|
| |
2. Please report to Poster Session
Place (2nd or 4th floor) and post your presentation
30 minutes prior to the beginning of
the session. |

3. Please mount your presentation
on the partition with your presentation title
and poster number. |
|
| |
4. Please remove your poster
within 1 hour after your session is ended.
All remaining posters will be destroyed. |

5. The materials such as some
scissors and tapes will be provided in Poster
Session Place. |
